Analyst SaaS Investment Banking | Manhattan, NY, USA | Remote

Our client is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst specializing in the technology sector to join their team remotely from the NYC area. The role involves executing sell-side M&A transactions for tech companies valued between $100M to $1B, with a focus on SaaS and tech firms.

Responsibilities: ?? Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support M&A transactions. ?? Prepare and deliver presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials. ?? Perform industry and company research to identify potential acquisition targets. ?? Assist in the due diligence process, including data room management and coordination with clients and other advisors. ?? Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders. ?? Monitor and analyze market trends and developments in the technology sector. ?? Support senior bankers in deal execution and client management.

Requirements: ?? 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, preferably with a focus on technology. ?? Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. ?? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ?? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ?? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. ?? Familiarity with SaaS business models and the technology sector. ?? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ?? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
