Customer Service/Scheduler
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. - Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone in under 1 hour, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality customer support.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our office system.
- Conduct outbound calling as necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and help in the scheduling process effectively.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in office software and customer support tools.
- Ability to type efficiently while communicating with customers.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
