Paralegal: Probate and Trust Admin (Temp/Temp-to-Hire)
$32 - $45 per hour | Orange, CA | On-Site | Consulting
Hybrid Schedule (1-2 Days in Office per week) | Full-time consulting/temp role w/option to convert to a permanent role!

Job Details
?Support attorneys in probate and trust administration, focusing on transactional work.
?Draft and prepare legal documents (petitions, inventories, accountings, trust agreements).
?Organize and manage case files efficiently.
?Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and relevant parties.
?Conduct legal research and gather pertinent information.
?Schedule meetings, hearings, and court appearances.
?Handle a high volume of cases with precision.
?Apply Southern California court rules.
?Manage trust administration tasks (dividing estates, handling correspondence).
Qualifications: ?Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification preferred. ?Minimum of 3 years of experience in probate and trust administration. ?Strong understanding of probate and trust laws. ?Excellent communication skills. ?Proficient in legal research and document preparation. ?Highly organized and detail-oriented. ?Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. ?Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite. ?Hybrid work environment (1-2 days in office).
