- -3-6+ month contract / extendable and perm possible with good performance.
- -Onsite in Austin, TX
- -Drug & Background required.
Pay Rate = $39-41 w2 per hour
Responsibilities: ?Analyze and evaluate IT service management processes, including Capacity, Availability, Event Management, Knowledge Management, Refresh, and Currency, to identify areas for improvement. ?Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop strategies to enhance service delivery. ?Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to recommend process improvements. ?Review Data from multiple sources to identify trends for improvement opportunities. ?Develop and implement best practices for IT service management to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. ?Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and IT service management.
Qualifications: ?Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. ?Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role. ?Strong knowledge of IT service management processes, including Capacity, Availability, Event Management, Knowledge Management, Refresh, and Currency. ?Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ?Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ?Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ?Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications: ?ITIL Foundation certification. ?Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). ?Knowledge of IT outsourcing and managed services.
