Key Responsibilities
?? Maintain meticulous financial records utilizing QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.
?? Reconcile bank accounts, process invoices, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
?? Generate financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
?? Collaborate directly with small business owners to ensure their financial records are current.
?? Employ strong problem-solving skills to identify and rectify discrepancies.
?? Work alongside internal team members to deliver seamless service to clients.
?? Process and document payroll through ADP and additional providers.
Required Skills
?? Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in a small business context.
?? Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Excel, and Google Apps.
?? Ability to operate remotely while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for productive client interactions.
?? Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
Qualifications
?? At least 2 years of relevant bookkeeping experience.
?? Strong comprehension of financial processes, particularly within small business environments.
