Key Responsibilities

As a Program Manager, you will:
• Lead and Manage Programs: Direct the entire project cycle while ensuring program objectives are fulfilled, timelines are respected, and deliverables surpass client expectations.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Act as a liaison among the consultancy, government clients, and essential program personnel, facilitating effective communication and alignment of objectives.
• Ensure Program Success: Assess, integrate, and coordinate assigned programs to achieve strategic aims.
• Oversee Documentation: Manage the preparation and submission of all requisite program documentation to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
• Drive Strategic Impact: Develop, implement, and interpret program strategies that align with client goals and contribute to overall success.

Required Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
• Federal Contracting Expertise: Proven experience with federal contracts.
• Supervisory Experience: Demonstrated capability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Specialized Knowledge: A minimum of two years of focused experience in program management, including:
• Formulating and executing program oversight strategies.
• Assessing and analyzing program performance.
• Contributing to high-level team initiatives aimed at achieving organizational objectives.
• Core Competencies:
• Program Oversight Strategy: Proficiency in developing and implementing program strategies.
• Administration and Management: Expertise in managing operations and logistics for large-scale programs.
• Financial Management: Experience overseeing budgets to ensure cost-effective program delivery.
• Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide teams toward collective goals.
• Planning and Evaluating: Strong analytical and planning skills for assessing program effectiveness and identifying areas for enhancement.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following qualifications: • Proven experience working on federal contracts. • At least two years of specialized experience in program management. • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively. • Experience in developing oversight strategies and evaluating program efficacy. • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
