Overview
The Business Systems Manager oversees the technical/software support function which assists Bank employees who use the Jack Henry banking system including Accounting, Deposit, Retail, and Loan platform processing. Assists with a variety of other ancillary applications. Responsible for the analysis and problem-solving for system-related issues.

?? Maintain regular interaction with senior officers regarding software and support issues.
?? Interact with Compliance Department on regulatory requirements.
?? Facilitate team meetings and provide direction.
?? Supervise direct reports and conduct performance appraisals.
?? Review incoming projects and validate requests.
?? Work closely with other departments on projects.
?? Manage software support staff and project assignments.
?? Participate in project meetings related to Jack Henry core system.
?? Maintain user authority in Jack Henry system.
?? Assist with ancillary applications.
Requirements
?? 10-15 years of experience in program troubleshooting and basic programming.
?? Bachelor??s Degree or equivalent experience in IT or systems analysis.
?? Ability to motivate and influence others.
?? Solid knowledge of Jack Henry operating system.
?? Efficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
?? Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
?? Excellent communication skills.
?? Ability to work under deadlines with interruptions.
?? Self-motivated and organized.
?? Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
