Medical Debt Collection Agent (2 yrs. experience required)

Lockhart, Morris & Montgomery, Inc. is seeking to expand our team of world-class debt collection professionals.

The day-to-day responsibilities for our debt collection agents include skip tracing, portfolio management, conflict resolution, payment negotiation, accepting payments, and making a high volume of manual phone calls.

Applicants for the Debt Collection Agent position should meet the following criteria:
?? A minimum of two years of third-party debt collections experience
?? A strong work ethic
?? A commitment to excellence
?? Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
?? Be proficient in conflict resolution and negotiation
?? Possess a knowledgeable understanding of skip tracing
?? Thorough understanding of industry regulations, including FDCPA, FCRA, and TCPA
?? Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
?? Ability to type 40wpm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
