Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Help patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises. Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the nursing team. Maintain a clean and safe patient environment. Qualifications: Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of employment. Previous CNA experience preferred, but not required. Ability to lift and move patients as necessary.
