We??re seeking dynamic moderators to help engage viewers, facilitate meaningful discussions, and ensure smooth communication during livestreamed sessions.

What You??ll Do:
Audience Engagement
?? Welcome and energize the virtual audience during live sessions.
?? Monitor and interact with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat.
?? Share event updates, encourage participation, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
Live Session Moderation
?? Host and moderate livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers.
?? Guide one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests.
?? Manage timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule.
?? Work with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues.
Community Building
?? Foster a welcoming and supportive virtual space where everyone feels included.
?? Help amplify the festival??s themes of self-love and resilience by encouraging meaningful dialogue.
