Key Responsibilities
?? Gather and analyze pertinent health information to evaluate specific health risks.
?? Inform callers about the significance of early health screenings that aid in the prevention and early detection of chronic or severe health issues, thereby improving health outcomes.
?? Employ a consultative sales strategy to propose services, convert leads, and achieve set sales targets.
?? Arrange screening appointments and facilitate payment processing via phone.
?? Discuss various screening options and assist customers in selecting the most suitable package based on their health risks.
?? Promote additional services as appropriate and ensure secure payment methods, particularly focusing on pre-paid appointments.

Required Skills
?? Exceptional phone etiquette and a strong consultative sales approach.
?? Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center environment.
?? A competitive mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed performance and sales goals.

Compensation And Benefits
?? Competitive hourly wage ranging from (14 to )16, supplemented by additional performance-based compensation.
?? Flexible scheduling options: Choose between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST or 11:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST.
