- Maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive information handled during data entry
- Organize files, records, and documents for easy retrieval
- Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Must demonstrate proficiency in typing with high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines while working independently
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in data entry is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with agriculture, fishing, and forestry industry terminology would be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of computer software, particularly MS Office Suite
- Good communication skills
