As a Customer Service Representative at CVS Health, you will be pivotal in delivering outstanding service and support to our clients. This remote role demands excellent communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls regarding pharmacy services, prescriptions, and general inquiries. Provide accurate, timely information, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently. Assist with prescription refills, medication management, and insurance-related queries. Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions. Document all interactions and follow-up actions in our customer service database. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency with computer systems and software applications. A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
