Remote Unlicensed Associate Inside Sales Agent - Late Shift (3p-12a EST) - National General

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide quotes and sell insurance policies across multiple lines and carriers
• Offer outstanding client service and build positive relationships with prospective clients
• Track, gather information, and answer customer inquiries using various systems
• Identify customer needs and meet those needs using sales tools and techniques
• Develop expertise in property and casualty insurance across all product lines

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 3 testing attempts
• Proven success in maintaining adequate typing speed while conversing with customers
• Strong professional phone etiquette
• Ability to be qualified by DOI to be appointed as a licensed sales agent by multiple insurance carriers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Property & Casualty License preferred but not required in certain states
• Working knowledge of auto policies, underwriting, and billing guidelines
• Proficiency with sales systems
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and autonomy
• Experience in a sales environment
