As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our database, ensuring that all information is entered and maintained... according to company procedures and standards. This is a critical role in our company as the accuracy of our data is essential in providing accurate diagnostic results to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Accurately enter and maintain data into our database
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files, and forms
- Review and correct data entered into the database
- Perform periodic backups to ensure data preservation
- Keep all sensitive information confidential and secure at all times
Requirements: - High school diploma
- Proven experience in data entry or related role
- Proficient typing skills with minimum 45 words per minute
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
