    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive opportunities and manage accounts with current clients to ensure timely sample acquisition
  • Collaborate with sales positions to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Analyze commercial environments within assigned accounts to determine trends and provide feedback
  • Streamline customer service processes and enhance client satisfaction
  • Maintain effective communication and relationships across multiple departments
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 2-3 years of customer service/sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales expectations
  • Previous experience in pharma, diagnostic, medical device, or biotech settings
  • Ability to communicate and present at the executive level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective use of Salesforce.com for account management
