Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods/tools. ?? Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. ?? Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. ?? Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. ?? Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and policies. ?? *Qualifications:** ?? Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. ?? Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. ?? Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. ?? Excellent communication and presentation skills. ??
