We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play an essential role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service. You will be responsible for handling customer onboarding, customer inquiries, ticket solutions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Compensation ... $12 - $18 hourly Responsibilities: • Manage customer inquiries and support tickets through our customer service platforms, HubSpot and Gorgias, ensuring timely and accurate responses. • Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. • Collaborate with our sales, product, and operations teams to improve customer service and product offerings based on feedback. • Conduct follow-up surveys to measure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. • Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support documentation. • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features, new tools, and best practices in customer service. • Utilize Canva to supply customers with onboarding marketing materials. Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset. • Experience with customer service software, preferably HubSpot and Gorgias. • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. • Highly organized with attention to detail. • Patience and empathy towards customers. • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
