We are seeking a Front End Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Sam's Club in Gurnee, IL. As a critical member of our front-end staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and sweeping floors
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and promote member satisfaction
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation and Benefits
