As a Chewy Content Moderator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive online experience for our customers by moderating and curating content on ChewyÂs digital platforms. You will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring user-generated content to maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for our pet-loving community. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while contributing to the vibrant Chewy community.What You Will Do:
 Review and moderate user-generated content, including product reviews, comments, and forum posts.
 Ensure that all content aligns with ChewyÂs guidelines and community standards.
 Identify and address inappropriate or harmful content in a timely manner.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance content moderation strategies.
 Provide support to users, answering inquiries and addressing concerns related to content.
Requirements: Â Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Â Proficient in written communication with a keen understanding of language nuances. Â Ability to make independent decisions while following established guidelines. Â Comfortable working remotely and managing time efficiently. Â Familiarity with the Chewy brand, products, and community is a plus. Â Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is advantageous.
