Responsibilities for Call Center Representatives:
• Customer Service
• Data Entry
• Following sets of outlined instructions, processes and procedures in accordance with the department and company policies. and quickly adapting to changes and modifications
• Communicate with patients/medical professionals
• Obtain necessary patient information to provide excellent customer service
• Working independently with little to no supervision on goal oriented projects and tasks

Our Ideal candidates must be able to quickly adapt and be able to think critically.
