Position: Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper - Remote - Phoenix, AZ, USAWe are seeking a meticulous and experienced Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will involve maintaining precise financial records and ensuring compliance with best accounting practices. Your proficiency in QuickBooks will play a central role in supporting the financial stability of our clients and driving our collective success.
Key Responsibilities
 Oversee and update financial records utilizing QuickBooks software, guaranteeing accuracy and thoroughness.
 Process various financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll activities.
 Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, credit card statements, and additional financial documents.
 Generate and maintain critical financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
 Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
 Execute daily bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
 Collaborate with fellow team members to address discrepancies or challenges within financial records.
 Remain informed on industry developments and advancements in bookkeeping and QuickBooks.
Required Skills
 Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping or a comparable position.
