Roles: After a brief training program to familiarize you with our operations and tools, your primary responsibility will be to manage live chat interactions on business websites, addressing both support and sales inquiries. Training Provided: You’ll receive full training and have access to a comprehensive documentation of FAQs to assist you in responding to customer inquiries. Contract Length: Open-ended with no fixed term. Rate: $35 per hour. Work Hours: Flexible, with a minimum of 10+ hours per week required. Location: Fully remote; must be based in the United States. Requirements:

Access to a device capable of internet browsing and using chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong ability to follow instructions and use provided documentation to assist customers.
Reliable internet connection.
Skills/Background Needed:

No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
Good communication skills and a friendly approach to customer interactions.
