### **Job Description**

Cummins is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Service Officer to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. ### **Responsibilities**

As a Client Service Officer, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customer experience through efficient service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • **Client Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a professional manner. This includes providing timely resolutions and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
  • **Issue Resolution:** Identify, document, and resolve customer issues by offering effective solutions and recommendations. Collaborate with other departments to address complex inquiries and ensure a streamlined service experience.
  • **Data Management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our customer relationship management system. Analyze customer data to provide actionable insights and contribute to process improvements.
  • **Sales Support:** Assist in upselling products and services that meet clients' needs, thereby contributing to business growth while ensuring the clients’ best interests are prioritized.
  • **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement. Act on this feedback to enhance service delivery continuously.
  • **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and managers to develop and implement best practices in client service. Participate in team meetings, sharing new ideas and strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
  • **Compliance & Reporting:** Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Generate reports on client interactions and satisfaction metrics to inform management decisions.

### **Requirements**

To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a service-oriented or sales environment.
  • **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to quickly learn new software and tools as required.
