Key Responsibilities
 Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients via warm calls and effective follow-ups.
 Assess customer requirements and deliver customized Action2Call solutions, emphasizing the significance of immediate customer engagement.
 Conduct market research to pinpoint potential sales prospects within sectors such as home services, legal, and real estate.
 Articulate the advantages of Action2CallÂs AI-driven offerings to prospective clients, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of our services.
 Maintain precise records of sales activities utilizing CRM software.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales techniques and ensure a seamless sales process.
 Provide insights on customer preferences and market trends to enhance service quality and offerings.
 Engage in continuous training sessions to bolster technical sales acumen and product expertise.
Required Skills
 Proven background in sales or a related domain.
 Familiarity with industries such as plumbing, HVAC, real estate, or legal services is advantageous.
 Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce or similar).
