Come join a company that strives for Extraordinary People and Exceptional Performance Chenega Enterprise Systems and Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services company, is seeking an experienced part-time Project Manager to support USDA Forest Service, Fire and Aviation Management. The Project Manager will be the functional lead resource for project management, meeting facilitation, deliverables management, contract compliance, direction and oversight of subject matter expert consultants and will be involved with all areas of the client engagement. The PM will be responsible for managing a team of internal and external consulting resources to execute all tasks. Hours will fluctuate depending on task workload, estimated to be approximately 10-20 hours a week.

Responsibilities: Â Provide overall direction of project activities assuring continuity of day-to-day operations. Â Serve as primary point of contact with clients, assuring that clients are up to date on project status and overall progress. Â Oversee specific projects on behalf of agency personnel and maintaining project schedule, and performance data. Â Meeting regularly with government stakeholders and advising them on deliverables and issues on the project. Â Consulting with and advising government management; providing the analytical guidance required for completion of task order projects. Â Meeting facilitation. Â Manage subcontractors and other consulting resources effectively. Â Budgeting and schedule monitoring. Â Quality surveillance and problem resolution. Â Staff recruiting, hiring, and staff development. Â Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Â BachelorÂs Degree. Â Five years of relevant federal Project Manager experience
Final salary determination based on skill-set, qualifications, and approved funding.
