We are seeking a highly organized and experienced QuickBooks Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of our company's financial transactions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks Online and have a strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities: Â Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations. Â Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports. Â Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Â Maintain general ledger and journal entries. Â Handle month-end and year-end close processes. Â Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper.  Proficiency in QuickBooks Online. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Employment Type: FULL_TIME Apply Job!
