Data Entry Operator - Remote or Office
We are seeking a Data Entry Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data from various sources into our database. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong computer skills and have the ability to work with minimum supervision. Whether you choose to work in our office or remotely, you will have the opportunity to be an essential part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entering data from multiple sources into our database with speed and accuracy
- Reviewing, verifying, and correcting data as needed
- Ensuring data entry meets company quality and quantity standards
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of all sensitive information
- Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot data issues and provide solutions
- Adhering to data entry procedures and guidelines
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to improve data entry processes
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Excellent typing and 10-key skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of confidentiality and data security awareness.
