Part Time Remote Representative
<p>As a District Representative with Invictus Financials, you'll engage with clients to meet their needs while also playing a key role in training and developing a high-performing team. You will drive sales and help expand the District, starting in a flexible part-time capacity with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as you build your team. This is a remote role, primarily conducted through Zoom, offering unmatched flexibility. Raises and promotions are merit-based, with uncapped earning potential.</p><p><br></p><p> Key Responsibilities: </p><p>•Manage and staff the District while maintaining a focus on growth and development.</p><p>• Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve both individual and team success. </p><p>• Work directly with the Regional Vice President to gain valuable insights and coaching.</p><p>• Stay adaptable and coachable as the role evolves with the needs of the business. </p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications: </p><p>•U.S. residents only. </p><p>•Must be 18 years of age or older.</p><p>• Able to successfully pass a background check.</p><p>• Competitive and driven nature is a plus. </p><p>• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic. </p><p>• Ambitious and eager to grow within the role</p>
