Our client is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney who wants to work remotely, grow their practice, and be part of a dynamic legal team.

• Handle estate planning, trust, and probate matters for high-net-worth individuals


• Work across state lines with support from a collaborative legal team

• 3+ years of experience in estate planning, trusts, or related practice


• Must be licensed to practice law in Nevada


• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build or expand a client base


• Prior in-house or business experience is a plus


• Spanish language skills are a bonus

• 100% remote work with schedule flexibility


• Keep 70%-80% of your net collections


• No book of business required-clients are driven by firm efforts


• First-year earnings typically exceed $150k; top performers can earn up to $500k by year two.
