- Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 WPM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and maintain data in the company’s databases.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Resolve discrepancies in data entries and correct errors as needed.
- Assist in the development of data entry procedures and best practices.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure consistency and quality of data.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance data management skills.
- Provide reports and summaries of data entry activities as required.
