Summary: We are hiring for Partnership and Operations, with the title (Manager or Director) to be determined based on experience. The Partnership and Operations Senior Manager/Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities involved with Digital Media Solutions (DMS) Health and Medicare advertising campaigns. The candidate will work closely with the Director of Business Development and VP of Healthcare Marketplaces to ensure success for both DMS and the advertisers.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The anticipated annual salary range for individuals interested in this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually. This position is eligible for commission-based compensation in addition to base salary. Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on work experience, education and/or skill levels.

    Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Monitor call and lead campaigns, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase revenue and value to the customer.
  • Execute optimizations: sub IDs, rate adjustments, quality checks.
  • Maintain a high level of communication with internal and external partners.
  • Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in marketing materials.
  • Proactively monitor traffic and media on all campaigns.
  • Set and manage monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth.
  • Represent DMS at industry conferences.
  • Strategize, plan, execute and optimize call bundles.
  • Implement initiatives that enhance media productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI.
  • Effectively communicate with support departments, including tech, product and finance, for client inquiries and immediate needs, especially needs that can impact revenue.
    Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, advertising or business preferred
  • 4+ years prior experience in media, Medicare advertising or lead generation
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of quality and KPI traffic management for lead gen campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Self-starter and works well within a team environment
  • Strong recruitment and negotiation skills
  • Ability to effectively manage and build client relationships
  • Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable and can multitask
  • Possess an understanding of media metrics, campaign tracking and optimization
