Data Entry and Billing Specialist

- About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry & Billing Specialist to support our billing operations for an educational business that provides services to government facilities.
- Key Responsibilities: Enter and maintain accurate data in billing systems and records
- Prepare and submit invoices using QuickBooks
- Review service records and ensure all billable items are accounted for
- Assist with maintaining billing logs and documentation for auditing purposes
- Use PDF Filer to complete and manage government forms and documentation (experience with PDF Filer is a plus)
- Coordinate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in accurate data entry
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently during evening hours
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and PDF tools
- Prior experience in a billing or administrative support role preferred
