Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
?? Residency: Must be based in the United States.
?? Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
?? Experience:
?? 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related field (preferred).
?? Familiarity with streaming platforms or technology support (a plus).
?? Skills:
?? Strong verbal and written communication.
?? Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
?? Empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns.
?? Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
