We are looking for dedicated and empathetic professionals to join our customer support team. In this role, you will engage with individuals and businesses to provide tailored assistance, ensure a smooth support experience, and foster long-term client satisfaction. You’ll use digital tools to respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide helpful guidance—making a meaningful impact on every interaction.

Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional support to customers through chat, email, and video calls. • Identify client needs and provide relevant information, solutions, or guidance. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. • Educate clients on tools, services, and self-service options. • Handle onboarding processes and help clients navigate digital platforms. • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while ensuring timely follow-up. • Stay up-to-date with company products, policies, and industry trends. • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and insights.

Qualifications: • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field is a plus. • Previous experience in customer support, help desk, or digital service roles is preferred but not required. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable working with digital platforms and customer support tools. • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly. • Empathetic, patient, and customer-first mindset. • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month
