Responsibilities
Provide customer and technical support for display products through incoming calls and internet requests.

Issue Return Material Authorization (RMA) to customers.

Gather and resolve Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback.
Requirements
Fluent in English with good oral and written communication skills.

Understanding of computer systems and components (both PC and Mac) is a plus.

Ability to manage time and work both independently and as part of a team.

Some experience in customer/tech support or sales/repair service is preferred.
Nice-to-haves
