Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Follow-Up Assistant to manage email and text outreach. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent English, and be highly proficient in Google Sheets. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for the right person.
Responsibilities:
?? Send follow-up emails and texts to prospects and clients
?? Maintain and update follow-up tracking in Google Sheets
?? Ensure timely and professional communication
?? Report daily progress and responses
?? Attend virtual check-ins (must look presentable on camera)
Requirements:
?? Fluent in written and spoken English
?? Strong experience with Google Sheets (data tracking, formulas, organization)
?? Highly professional and responsive
?? Good Upwork rating with prior experience in similar roles
?? Comfortable being on camera for meetings
?? Available full-time (40 hours/week)
Rate: $5 per hour
