Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the potential for 20 hours of overtime each week, allowing you to maximize your earnings while learning valuable skills. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you succeed in your role. Responsibilities
Lifting materials weighing 50+ lbs as required for various tasks.

Listening to and following supervision from experienced welders.

Preparing materials for fabrication processes.

Assisting with tools, assembly, and placement of steel components.

Cleaning and maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Demonstrating the ability to work effectively in a heavy industrial environment.
Requirements
