- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen and work areas during your shift.
- Adhere to recipes and presentation standards set by the restaurant.
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering as needed.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or as a prep cook.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; attendance at culinary school is a plus.
