JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for providing support for complex IT infrastructures including the design, monitoring, and maintenance of the overall systems infrastructure as well as for providing system support and configuration for the production environments.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identify departmental needs and assist with technical direction, future upgrades and technologies and identify automation opportunities when applicable.
2. Assist with the design and implement system security and data assurance.
3. Configure and install computer systems for the organization. Design and develop OS templates per Standards, test software applications and systems and create support manuals.
4. Analyze users' needs, respond to customer service requests and provide production support coverage.
5. Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together and ensure hardware and/or software are designed and installed in a manner that meets the needs of the organization.
6. Enforce Technical Standards for Server and Storage Environments, provide input for creating & maintaining technical Infrastructure architectural design & workflow documentation
7. Design, engineer, develop and deploy SaaS, PaaS other solutions for corporate service platforms

8. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
9. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
10. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

JOB SCOPE:
The incumbent works as a member of a team to complete job responsibilities. The incumbent resolves problems that are varied and moderately to very complex and aids Infrastructure Engineers in resolution of more complex issues. Works under limited supervision with independence and general latitude to make commitments with occasional need to confer with management. The incumbent understands when to escalate an issue to the next higher level and ensures that decisions consider the full implications (business, legal, and competitive) to both the Company and the customer.

Job Requirements:

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
? Minimum 5 years of experience in related area:
? Office 365, Active Directory, Entra (Azure AD) VMWare, Citrix, SharePoint, , ADFS, Windows Exchange, DNS, LDAP Infrastructure Hardware, Email Archiving and Encryption, Group Policy, Active Directory Migration and Integrations, Monitoring, Patching, PowerShell Scripting
? Some knowledge in Oracle Cloud, AWS and Azure
? Communication (verbal, written and listening), collaborative, leadership, mentoring, organization, technical, interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills
? Ability to manage and mentor resources to understand the business as it relates to the customer and customer requirements
? Ability to use software, hardware, and peripherals related to job responsibilities, including MS Office
? Ability to manage and lead resources to maximize the use of the available technology, welcome new technology, and stay abreast of the latest technologies
? Ability and availability to work an ?on-call? support schedule as needed.
? Ability to work independently as well within a team and with client users
? Ability to manage resources to understand and apply a wide range of technologies.
? Ability to architect scripts or programs to automate tasks.
? Ability to architect, organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple work activities and meet target deadlines
? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, MIS; or HS Diploma and 6 years of experience in related area

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $100K to $110K. Specific offers take into account a candidate?s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate?s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
