Casualty Trainer Preparation Program (TPP)

We have an exciting opportunity to join Casualty Trainer Preparation Program (TPP). This is a rotational program designed to prepare high-performing associates to become Casualty trainers. You will be responsible for training newly hired Casualty associates. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, leadership experience, and have the ability to effectively coach/train associates. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, flexible, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic.

As a Casualty TPP, you will lead new hire training classes for Casualty and must model good work habits and behaviors.
? Must be able to communicate in a professional manner by verbal and/or digital communication channels
? Must be able to attain and maintain the required licenses issued by the insurance departments of various states
? Must be able to handle heavy call and/or digital communication volume in a fast-paced work environment and resolve complex business problems
? Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills
? Must be able to multi-task
? Must collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of training materials
? Must maintain a thorough understanding of the claims handling process, regulations, and best practices
? Must recommend updates to training content and curriculum based on industry trends, company goals, and employee performance data

Qualifications: ? Proven auto claims experience, with a strong understanding of policies, practices, and regulations. Casualty experience required. Demand 2 or Lit/Com experience preferred. ? Available Flexible hours (work shift hours vary based on training class needs) ? Primarily In office with work from home flexibility. ? Exceptional training delivery and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. ? Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and effectiveness. ? Ability to develop and recommend curriculum enhancements based on feedback and market trends. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools is a plus.
