Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team in Ormond Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in software quality assurance and a strong background in automated testing tools such as Selenium. This role involves developing and executing tests to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities: ? Test Planning and Execution: Develop, implement, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for software applications. ? Automation: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium to enhance testing efficiency. ? Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to understand system requirements and identify testing needs. ? Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with the development team to ensure timely resolution. ? Regression Testing: Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved to ensure software stability. ? Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. ? Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of test results, defects, and testing activities.

Qualifications: ? Education: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ? Experience: At least three years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automated testing. ? Technical Skills: ? Proficiency in automated testing tools, particularly Selenium. ? Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. ? Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Java. ? Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes. ? Solid understanding of SQL and database testing. ? Soft Skills: ? Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ?
