Key Responsibilities
? Support the Branch Manager in leading the team to achieve performance targets

? Originate new consumer and business depository accounts and lending products
? Assist in maintaining operational soundness and balancing cash drawers/vaults
? Demonstrate strong problem resolution and customer service skills
? Maintain compliance with bank regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
? 2-3 years of banking experience or demonstrated sales experience in business, retail, or other industries
? Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
? Strong organizational skills with enhanced attention to detail and follow-through
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? S.A.F.E. registration required
