Key Responsibilities
Support the Branch Manager in leading the team to achieve performance targets

Originate new consumer and business depository accounts and lending products
Assist in maintaining operational soundness and balancing cash drawers/vaults
Demonstrate strong problem resolution and customer service skills
Maintain compliance with bank regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
2-3 years of banking experience or demonstrated sales experience in business, retail, or other industries
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
Strong organizational skills with enhanced attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
S.A.F.E. registration required
