Responsibilities
? Provide exceptional coordination of care, patient education, and medication administration for patients with cardiac or pulmonary conditions.

? Mentor and train new nurses through the Central Orientation Program, demonstrating competency and observing home visits.

? Collaborate with healthcare teams to address changes in patient conditions or drug management issues.

? Work with nursing leadership to meet operational and performance improvement goals focused on patient care.
Requirements
? Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.

? Active or eligibility to obtain national certification (CRNI) or other relevant certification.
,
? BSN degree with 3+ years of relevant RN experience, ASN degree with 5+ years, or Nursing Diploma with 8+ years of relevant RN experience.

? Five or more years of intensive care nursing experience in Cardiac Care Unit, Pulmonary Care Unit, or similar roles.

? Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within a large geographic area.

? Ability to work Monday-Friday, day shift, with occasional evening or weekend visits as needed.

? Tech-savvy with the ability to use Microsoft and IOS applications.
