Pay Range: $(20.00 - 21.73)/hr on W2

Job Description:
? Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for both manufacturing and laboratory settings.
? Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
? Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing and lab processes to ensure compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and regulatory guidelines.
? Identify, document, and report non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related issues effectively and efficiently.
? Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including testing data, audits, and inspection outcomes.
? Monitor and validate laboratory testing methods and results to ensure consistency and accuracy.
? Provide training to team members on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
? Stay updated on industry standards, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in quality assurance.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Quality Mangement, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. ? Previous experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing and/or laboratory environment is highly preferred. ? Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, or GLP guidelines). ? Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and solve problems. ? Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams. ? Proficiency with quality management systems (QMS) and related software is a plus.
