Foster a positive work environment that inspires and motivates employees to deliver exceptional results. As the initial contact for clients, you will provide outstanding customer service while identifying sales opportunities and performing account transactions.

About the Role:
? Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
? Process financial transactions accurately and securely.
? Identify referral opportunities and develop strong relationships with clients.
? Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security and audit procedures.

Responsibilities: ? Model the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge in all interactions. ? Accept and process financial service transactions accurately and securely. ? Manage CSR cash drawer and maintain proper balancing and cash handling procedures. ? Operate within security and audit procedures, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulations. ? Contribute to a team environment, answering incoming calls and supporting Banking Center success. ? Meet established individual referral goals and determine appropriate channels for sales opportunities.

Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent required. ? Cash handling and customer service experience preferred. ? Proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365 and able to learn banking software programs. ? Strong product knowledge and ability to effectively present information to customers and colleagues. ? Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking, and flexibility are essential.

This position is located in an office setting and requires full-time hours. The employee will work at a designated WesBanco location, with consideration given to locations in the Upper Valley region and Springfield.
