Responsibilities
? Represent the bank in a courteous and professional manner, implementing the 5 Winning Ways of Customer Service.

? Refer customers to appropriate Great Southern services and products, utilizing the CRM program effectively.

? Balance each day's transactions and verify cash totals, documenting any cash differences.

? Process all transactions efficiently and accurately, meeting POD error expectations.
,
? Maintain confidentiality of customer account information and adhere to bank security policies and procedures.
,
? Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures, familiarizing oneself with banking regulations.
,
? Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance, communicating effectively in various formats.

Requirements
? High school diploma or GED.
,
? 0 to 6 months of related experience or training.
,
? Prior banking or cash handling experience is preferred.
,
? Regular use of desktop/laptop computer and basic operating systems.

? Basic experience with alphanumeric data entry, PowerPoint, Excel, and word processing.

? Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
