? Conduct analysis and research on travel options.
? Arrange and book domestic and international travel.
? Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations.
? Use positive service techniques and act on customer requests.
? Collaborate within the team to coach and mentor others.
Requirements: ? Passion for excellence in client service. ? Native GDS expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus). ? 1+ years corporate travel experience. ? Excellent professional communication. ? Attention to detail. ? Act with integrity regarding personal traveler information. ? Quick resolution of customer issues. ? Teamwork and openness to feedback.
