Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will take inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers to identify their needs and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and able to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities
?Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls
?Identify the reason for the customer? call, qualify the customer, collect relevant information, and schedule service work appointment
?Make daily outbound calls to existing customer for follow-up on quotes, ensure customer satisfaction, schedule maintenance
?Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
?Upsell products and services when appropriate
?Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
?Document all customer interactions
?Assign and dispatch technicians to customers' location
?Email communications with customers
?Rotating on-call duties

Qualifications
?Previous experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role is preferred
?Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
?Understanding of active listening techniques
?Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs (Service Titan experience a plus but will train.)
?Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills
?Ability to work well under pressure
?Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
