Dataiku Platform & User Support?Act as a primary point of contact for Dataiku platform users, helping them overcome obstacles, troubleshooting errors, and in general supporting users in developing the know-how required to effectively utilize platform capabilities.?Provide hands-on support to users in data preparation, automation, model deployment, and workflow orchestration within Dataiku.?Assist users in navigating Dataiku's interface, helping them leverage visual recipes, coding integrations (Python, SQL), and automation features effectively.?Develop and maintain platform best-practices, FAQs, and user guides to facilitate self-service support.?User Enablement, Training & Best Practices Development?Help conduct training sessions and workshops to onboard new users and educate teams on best practices in Dataiku.?Assist users in troubleshooting workflows, debugging scripts, and optimizing model execution within the platform.?Support cross-functional collaboration, helping data engineers, analysts, and data scientists maximize the platform's capabilities.?Stay up to date with Dataiku's latest features and enhancements, ensuring users are aware of new functionalities and improvements.Required Qualifications:?3+ years of experience of hands-on experience working with the Dataiku platform in an enterprise setting and ideally in Banking & Financial Services.?5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning, with hands-on exposure to model development, feature engineering, and data pipelines.?Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues within Dataiku.?Deep knowledge of Dataiku's visual and code-based functionalities, including visual recipes, Python notebooks, SQL integration, and ML workflows.?Experience with data science and analytics workflows, with the ability to guide users through best practices.?Excellent communication and training skills, with experience in user support, documentation, and technical enablement.?Experience working collaboratively with data engineers, analysts, and data scientists to leverage Dataiku effectively.Life at CapgeminiCapgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
